Initiate research kickoff with product teams, and align with business stakeholders to ensure proper needs of both users and business in a complete product redesign.

  • Create and iterate low fidelity wireframes to highly interactive prototypes to conduct user testing and internal review across the business.

Work closely alongside Product Owners and Developers to create simple wireframes for storyboards, and develop those wireframes through user research to become highly detailed mocks for presentation to user base, as well as stakeholders and executive teams.

  • Created a mobile and web ready design system alongside front end and back end developers for quicker and more accurate production time

  • Lead user interviews and testing on site as well as remotely
